AI Alignment Solutions is a consultancy based in Paris, focused on helping organizations build AI systems they can explain, defend, and improve.
Founded by engineer and AI compliance expert Shea Valentine, the company brings together decades of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, and system design, all applied to the real-world challenges of ethical AI and regulatory compliance.
We specialize in bridging the gap between engineering and governance: turning abstract policy into technical practice, and helping teams make decisions they can stand behind.
In addition to consulting, AI Alignment Solutions is partnering with organizations to build and deploy novel AI systems designed with compliance from the ground up.

Shea Valentine
Founder, Engineer, Advisor
Shea has worked in AI since the early 2000s across roles in engineering, data science, and AI compliance. Most recently, she served as Principal AI Engineer and Director of Global AI Compliance at Harver, a multinational HR tech company. Before that, she led data science at Pymetrics and Ocrolus, and managed cross-functional teams at Flashpoint and Newsela.
Her work includes:
- Building AI audit frameworks under the EU AI Act, NYC AI Law, EEOC, and GDPR
- Designing LLM systems with fairness, transparency, and risk controls built-in
- Developing pipelines, tools, and governance structures used by real companies across healthcare, hiring, and fintech
Shea is currently advising organizations on ethical AI adoption, system alignment, and audit preparedness.
